  5.      This license applies to the product called `ProgED', a program
  6. for the Amiga computer, published by Giovanni Lambiase under the concepts
  7. of SHAREWARE, and the accompanying documentation, example files and
  8. anything else that comes with the original distribution.  The terms
  9. `program' and `ProgED' below, refer to this product.  The licensee
  10. is addressed as `you'.

  12.    o You may copy and distribute verbatim copies of the program's
  13.      executable code and documentation as you receive it, in any
  14.      medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately publish
  15.      only the original, unmodified program, with all copyright notices
